Your Pride Watch is a special piece. It starts its journey right here in our UK workshop. Real people who care about quality design, put together, test, and pack every watch by hand. From the moment you order to the moment it arrives, everything is handled with precision and care.

In-House Assembly: Made by Experts

All Pride Watches are put together inside our own building by skilled watchmakers and technicians. Every part is fitted carefully by hand. This personal method helps us make sure every watch has high quality and a perfect finish.

Our watch assembly includes:

  • Checking Parts: We look at every piece to make sure it is perfect.

  • Fitting the Hands: Our experts position the small hands just right so the watch tells time perfectly.

  • Final Tests: Every watch is checked to make sure it is accurate and looks beautiful.

Engraving: Your Message, Made Permanent

If you choose to add a personal message, your engraving is done right here using an accurate laser machine. We clean the case back and check it again. Every letter is checked before it is approved for the final watch assembly.

Quality Control: Checked by Hand

Before your Pride Watch can leave our workshop, real people give it a detailed quality check. We test the time, check the hands, and polish the case, glass, and strap. We double-check the packaging to be sure you receive exactly what you ordered.

Delivery and Processing Information

Here is important information about when and where we ship your order. Please see our delivery information page for full details and conditions.

Opening Hours & Processing Times

  • When We Work: We operate only on weekdays, 

Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 4 PM GMT.

  • We are closed on bank and public holidays.

  • We only process and send orders during these times.

  • We will dispatch any standard delivery orders within 1 to 3 working days.

Important Note on Payments

  • To protect you, we manually check every payment we get for fraud.

  • If we have many orders at once, this check can sometimes cause a small delay in processing your watch.

Where We Can Deliver

  • We can deliver to your home, your work address, or a house with multiple people living there.

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, airports, or similar addresses that do not have a clear delivery spot.

  • The courier delivers to the address, not the name. Royal Mail couriers will deliver to the location written on the parcel.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to delivery issues, we are currently not shipping to the Channel Islands, including Jersey and Guernsey. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

We are also not currently shipping to the U.S. due to tariff issues. We plan to implement U.S. shipping in the near future.

All packages are sent directly from our UK workshop.

Standard UK Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Cost: £3.99 on all orders.

  • Timing: Most items usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days from the date you order. Please be aware that this is an estimate, and this is not a guaranteed service. 

  • Heads Up: Delivery to Offshore areas and the Scottish Highlands can sometimes take longer.

Next-day UK Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Cost: £4.99 on all orders.

  • Timing: Most items usually arrive within 24 hours from the date we dispatch them. Please be aware that this is an estimate, and this is not a guaranteed service. 

  • Need it Tomorrow? You must place and confirm your order before 2 PM on a working day for us to send it out for next-day delivery.

  • Signed Service: This is a tracked service that requires a signature. Please make sure you or someone else is there to receive the parcel.

  • Parcels over £100 will not be left without a signature.

  • If you miss the delivery, you can easily pick up the parcel or arrange a new delivery time online.

  • You can give us your mobile number to get text message alerts about your parcel.

Standard International Shipping

  • Cost: £9.99 or your regional equivalent on all orders
  • Timing: Most items usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days from the date you order. Please be aware that this is an estimate, and this is not a guaranteed service. Orders to remote regions are likely to take longer.
  • Signed Service: This is a tracked service that requires a signature. Please make sure you or someone else is there to receive the parcel.

Express International Shipping

  • Cost: £19.99 or your regional equivalent on all orders
  • Timing: Most items usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days from the date you order. Please be aware that this is an estimate, and this is not a guaranteed service. Orders to remote regions are likely to take longer.
  • Signed Service: This is a tracked service that requires a signature. Please make sure you or someone else is there to receive the parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order is returned to us marked "undelivered" through no fault of our own, you will be asked to pay the extra delivery charge for any second attempt to send it to you.
