What Is Engraving?

Engraving is the process of permanently carving your message onto the watch's metal back.

  • Location: We only engrave the metal case back (the back plate).

  • Method: A precise carving machine is used to create a neat, permanent mark.

  • Quality: Our skilled team handles every step with great care and precision.

Please be aware: The fonts and sizes you see on the screen may look a little different on the watch. Please check your spelling and message carefully! We cannot change the text after you order.

How to Order Your Engraved Watch

It only takes a few steps:

  1. Find the Button: On the watch page, click the "Customise and Add to Basket" button.

  2. Write Your Message: A box will pop up. You can type your message onto up to three lines. The box shows you the limit for how many letters fit on each line.

  3. Add to Cart: When you are happy with your words, click "Add to Cart". Then you can check out safely using options like Visa, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more.

Remember: The image on the screen is just a quick look. Our team's work is the final, perfect result.

Important Information

All engraved watches are bespoke (custom-made) items.  

  • Refund Policy: We are unable to offer returns or refunds unless the watch arrives broken or is proven faulty.

  • Engraving Content: For the sharpest results, we can only carve regular letters (A-Z) and numbers (0-9). We cannot engrave special symbols, hearts, emojis, or logos.

Our Inclusive Community Policy

We are all about pride and love. We will not engrave any message that:

  • Breaks any law or government rule.

  • Uses another company's logo or brand name without permission.

  • Pretends to be another person or brand.

  • Hurts our company name or reputation.

  • Is false, wrong, misleading, offensive, threatening, or mean.

  • Is designed to upset, embarrass, or annoy someone.

  • Encourages hatred or violence.

  • Gives out someone else's personal details (like an address or email) without their written permission.

  • Is pornographic, obscene, or promotes discrimination (based on race, gender, sexual orientation, age, etc.).

  • Talks about or helps illegal activities.

If your message breaks any of these rules, we will cancel the order and send your money back.
