Who is Pride Watches?

Pride Watches is a family company based in London with over 50 years of experience in the watch industry. Spun off from Toff London, Pride Watches gives a dedicated space for our popular designs inspired by the LGBTQI+ community. Find unique timepieces here, ready for your personal touch. Where are you located?

Pride Watches is based in London, UK. All our deliveries are sent from this location.

Where are our watches made and assembled?

All watches from Pride Watches are individually hand-assembled in our London workshop by our trained technicians. Each one is a bespoke product, with many small parts that are sourced worldwide.

Orders and Products

What watch sizes are available from Pride Watches?

Our watches are available in two sizes: 42mm and 38mm case diameters.

Straps designed for our 38mm watches are 183mm in length.

Straps designed for our 42mm watches are 260mm in length.

Does my watch come with a warranty?

Your Pride Watch comes with a 2-year warranty, which includes parts and movement. This doesn't cover general wear and tear.

Our warranty is only valid when purchased from us or an official stockist of Pride Watches. The warranty is not valid if purchased from any unofficial third party.

How do I take care of my Pride Watch?

All Pride Watches come with a two-year warranty. To be covered under our warranty, you need to complete the warranty form. This is sent out with your watch and must be completed when you have received your goods. Keep your watch looking great and prevent wear and tear by following our simple guide on how to care for your watch here.

Is my Pride Watch water-resistant? 

Your Pride Watch is water-resistant to 3ATM, which means it is splash-proof only. Your watch is fine to be worn for everyday wear such as going out in the rain. It is not suitable to be submerged in any form of water including washing up, shower, bath, or swimming.

Engraving

What is engraving?

Engraving means etching a design or a message into a hard material, usually metal or wood. We are able to engrave the back case of any watch you buy from us if you select this option at the time of ordering.

What products do you offer engraving on?

We only offer engraving on our watches.

How do I select engraving?

You select engraving on the product page by adding your desired product to your basket, by clicking the "Customize and add to basket" button. Fill in any (or all) of the 3 rows in the popup with your desired message, and then don't forget to tap the "Submit" button at the bottom of the popup. What can I engrave on my watch?

There are three lines of texts that you can fill in. The maximum characters per line can be seen as you type in the chosen box. As we cannot make changes to your message, please ensure you have checked it thoroughly before submitting. We reserve the right to reject any request that is deemed to be rude, offensive or discriminatory.

Will my watch look exactly like the preview?

We have chosen a preview font very close to the finished effect. However font type and size may be very slightly different on the physical product.

Engraving is etching, and NOT text added on top. Our virtual engraving preview tool adds text on top of the image. For you to be able to clearly see it, we've chosen a darker colour for the preview. This is another reason the real thing may look slightly different in real life.

Can I return an engraved product?

No, an engraved product cannot be returned. Engraving an item creates a bespoke product. For more information, please read our Returns and Refund Policy page here.

How can I track my order?

You can track your Pride Watches order once it’s been dispatched. You will be sent an email confirming dispatch, which contains your tracking reference. Emails are usually sent at around 5pm GMT. If you did not receive this email or have misplaced it, please contact us at CSMail@pride-watches.com, and we'll be happy to help.

Please note: if you have made multiple orders you will receive a different tracking number for each.

How do I change my delivery address?

If your order has been placed with an incorrect address, please email us at CSMail@pride-watches.com as soon as possible. We will try to amend this for you. 

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, we can deliver your watch to any home or work address. Please visit our Delivery Information page here for more details.
